  • Ground black pepper - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Mom's Turkey Sausage Patties – Instructions:

Step 1. Mix the ginger, salt, sage, cayenne pepper, ground turkey and black pepper together in a big bowl, until well blended.

Step 2. Heat up a skillet over middle-high heat, and cover with nonstick cooking scatter. Shape the turkey sausage into patties, and fry until lightly browned on equal sides. This should take around 15 minutes.
