Ingredients - Bread Machine Calzone:

  • Water - 1 1/4 cups

  • Active dry yeast - 2 teaspoons

  • White sugar - 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Bread flour - 3 cups

  • Salt - 1 teaspoon

  • Powdered milk - 1 teaspoon

  • Sliced Italian sausage - 3/4 cup

  • Pizza sauce - 3/4 cup

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 1/4 cups

  • Butter, melted - 2 tablespoons

Instructions - Bread Machine Calzone:

Step 1. To Make Dough: Put sugar, flour, water, yeast, salt and powdered milk in the pan of the bread machine. Select Dough round. After a round is completed, roll out dough on a calmly floured plane.

Step 2.For the time being, brown sausage around 8 to 10 minutes in a big skillet over normal heat. Consume excess plump and set aside.

Step 3.Heat up the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 4.Figure dough into a 16 inch by 10-inch four-sided figure. Move to a calmer fat cookie piece and spoon pizza sauce end-to-end down the middle of the dough, trailed by the browned sausage and the cheese.

Step 5.Create diagonal cuts 1 1/2 inches separately down both long sides of the dough four-sided figure, cutting to within 1/2 inch of the satisfying. Crises-cross cut flooring of dough over the satisfying and close edges with water. Beautify top of Calzone with liquefied butter.

Step 6.Cook in the oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) around 35 to 45 minutes, until golden brown. Take out of the oven and cook around 5 minutes, then pause and serve.
